Named for the train tracks that run through the neighbourhood, this former stockyard mecca has rapidly gentrified since the area’s antiquated ban on alcohol was lifted back in the late ’90s. The Junction straddles the divide between suburban sprawl and west-end cool: Dundas West is lined with galleries and cafes, while the intersecting Keele Street is dotted with big-box stores.
