Nowhere can the sheer force of Toronto’s condo boom be felt stronger than south of the Gardiner Expressway, in the city’s most infinitely promising zone. Though the lakefront boardwalk remains a frozen tundra in the winter months, Harbourfront has been augmented into a bustling neighbourhood in recent years thanks to an increasingly busy island airport, multiple urban beaches and the ambitious East Bayfront project.
