Splendour in the grass

Mediating between Bloor Street’s Koreatown strip to the east and the burgeoning Bloorcourt area to the west is one of Toronto’s most popular urban oases: a giant, sunken patch of parkland that sees equal amounts of action in the winter (from tobogganers) and the summer (from Toronto’s other Maple Leafs—our semi-pro baseball team).
