Video: The making of The Grid beer

Ever wondered how beer is made? We documented the entire brewing process behind The Grid’s new brew, Street Wheat.

Our beer columnist Crystal Luxmore recently teamed up with local brewers Indie Alehouse to craft a special beer in honour of The Grid. The beer is called Street Wheat, and it uses a combination of sumac, honey, red currants, and blackberries to create a unique flavour you won’t find anywhere else.

We documented the entire brewing process, and we were there when our brew made its big debut on Sept. 23 at the Evergreen Brick Works’ Brewer’s Backyard.
