Used to be that a first-class tiki collection in Toronto could consist of a couple of Charlie Chan tiki mugs and a flaming volcano bowl. That, and lots of rum.
These days, however, the competition is stiffening since the hoi polloi can buy pretty much all it needs for a kick-ass assortment of tiki from The Crafty Bartender.
Of course, they sell way more than tiki, but recently made available—for the first time in Canada—are some fabulous tiki accessories like scorpion bowls, along with those extra-long, bendy straws that make drinking directly from a punch bowl seem a little more reasonable.
They’ve also got pineapple tiki glasses—replete with pineapple top lids—plus, for the bargain price of $7 apiece, our fave: hula girl tiki cups. Which would be perfect for this weekend’s Mai Tais.

1 oz Havana Club 7-year-old rum
½ oz Cointreau
