Specialty: The Bestellen burger with caramelized onions on a house-made brioche.

Their Black-Tie Burger Week special: Beef patty with house-made HP sauce, onions, and arugula ($18).

Fun fact: The eight-ounce patties that go into the house burgers are made of three cuts of beef: chuck (from the shoulder), short ribs and strip loin.
