These are quite possibly the most decadent fries in Toronto, thanks to the option of having them double-dipped in duck fat and then paired with one of the 14 house-made sauces—mayo-, tomato-, or yogurt-based (each order of fries comes with a sauce, $1 for additional dip). The unbelievably rich and creamy garlic-chive mayo is highly recommended. The fries are available to go, but they taste better alongside one of WVRST’s famous sausages and a one-litre stein of beer. Grab a spot at one of the communal picnic tables and make some new friends. A small serving of fries here is more than enough ($3.50, plus $1 extra for duck fat).
