1. Toronto police are looking into a fundraising campaign started by two officers in memory of Sgt. Ryan Russell, who was killed by a stolen snowplow last January. The officers have been selling t-shirts for $20 apiece, but sources say most of the money hasn’t made it to Russell’s memorial trust fund.
