Miss Fringe reviews!!!

I saw “the other Three Sisiters” opening night, and was hoping to see if everyone else loved iot too!

Great cast, clever script, funny & poignant.

I’d give it 5 G’s ( if there was such a thing)

Tried to see it a second time, but it was sold out. Get Tickets early!

For more pride material come see Ambiguous. The play shows that homosexuality is natural, and that we are who we are supposed to be. Shadow-puppetry, video projections, original song and dance….beautiful story.

Hushabye, by Blood Orange Theatre at the Fringe: If you like to be taken on a brainy, literary trip, fleshed out with wit, poignancy and insight, this play is for you. In the spirit of the films Memento and Synecdoche New York, Hushabye opens by setting up the audience to make a decision, then demonstrating with probability math that the irrational choice is best. The narrative that unfolds weaves together present, past, staged reality, audience reality, and dreams, with such remarkable lucidity that it spits you back onto the sidewalk with lingering suspicions that things are not as solid as they appear. Go see this play and spread the word about another talented troupe emerging from the cultural crucible that is Toronto.

Clearly The Grid are not taking reviewing shows seriously

If you are looking for a kids show

then take your little ones to see Little Red Riding Hood at the Palmerston Library, It follows the traditional storyline, with a “we’re not ready” intro and the story is told in rhyme, the three leads are very funny, the musicians are so good that you forget that they are actually playing live. There’s a scene where Grandma (who has a cold) shows her snotty hankerchief to the audience and gets a big euuugh. The show appealed to my 10 year old daughter and to me too so its not just for little kids . Great value for $5 and an hour well spent.
