This weekend-long festival of LEGO will give new meaning to the term “block party.“
Brickfête, the annual fan festival for all things LEGO, is assembling this Saturday and Sunday in Mississauga. First time fêters, brace yourselves: this is Lego like you’ve never seen it before.
Witness custom builds from North America’s most talented interlockers—we’re particularly interested in the Pirates, Steam Punk and Vikings build. While Mom and Dad will appreciate the complexity of LEGO mosaics and sculptures, the whole family can hone their architectural acumen in the “Look What I MADE” section.
Plus, the first 50 kids over the age of 3 to enter the event will receive a special LEGO collectible. Altogether, Brickfête gives a whole new meaning to the term “block party.”
Saturday, July 14 and Sunday, July 15. Hilton Toronto Airport, 5875 Airport Road, Mississauga. $10, children & seniors $5. 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
