Hey Dave, at M4 and I believe Oasis (I don’t remember for sure) they will give you a tour of the place if it’s your first time, and explain how things work. The thing about sex clubs is that the #1 thing is communication – from the start, you should explain before doing anything what your boundaries and expectations are.

My wife and I are interested in checking out one of the clubs. Is there a guide somewhere to help us understand how things work? The thing for us is my wife is the one who wants to have fun with other men, and I want to watch and participate at some point. We’re just not sure how to go about communicating that to others — and making sure our boundaries are understood from the start.

Because 9 times out of 10 single guys just wander around and creep people out. The majority of couples (like myself and my partner) go there to hook up with other couples – not the creepy naked dude in the corner that came on his own. If you can’t bring a date don’t go.

The first part: a bunch of single dudes with poor social skills would show up and ruin it for everyone. Imagine the clientele of a strip club transported to a sex club and you get the idea. The $150 is just a cash grab/sucker exploitation for those same guys. On the other hand, no one forces them to pay it, so you could argue it’s fair.

True it is very pricey I guess its a downtown Toronto thing (standard regular niteclub cover charges are $20 each with up to $20 for parking and going out as a couple starts out in t. $60 range… I would love suggestions for places with similar ammenities as Oasis at cheaper prices Spring is coming – playtime is coming up

Heart, Jon’s comment is fair and a lot of guys would agree. For $150 you can get a woman who, because she is making a living being paid for sex, is probably more attractive than most of the women you will run into at a swinger’s club (I admit, I’ve never been to a swingers club. I’m still going to stand by my comment). You are paying a fee for a service, so you can dictate the terms and have exactly the outcome you desire, without having to worry about someone else’s feelings or desires. Personally, for $150, I’d rather get a hooker and choose who I’m attracted to from a list of ads than pay $150 to get in the door of a swinger’s club and take my chances on finding someone I want to have sex with who also wants to have sex with me.

Over the last few years we have done all the clubs. We have scratched a few off the list as we have always felt that getting fucked at the door (oasis) or getting fucked at the bar (wicked) sort of killed the mood for getting fucked in the play area. We are pretty much regulars at M4 not only for the pricing (which really is $20 on a Saturday night and not $40) but for the over all vibe and the fact that they are open 7 days a week. You never know when you are going to be horny, have a kid free night or just feel like you want to be around friends. So afforability and availability are important. But the determing factor for us has be the atmosphere and vibe which the club gives off. We are real people and we want to be around other real people. Swinging is one of the most enjoyable, mind blowing, eye opening experiences we have ever had. Why share that with people who are as one poster said, “just going through the motions”. That is why we like M4 the best but honestly, you can have an amazing time at any of the clubs listed. For those who have never been to a club, you may go and find out that it is not for you, but you may also go and find out that it has changed your life. It did for us!

Oasis is kinda pleasant but we refuse to go there again because of the insanely high admission price. $80 for a couple ? That’s just rude when you realize that the facility had been run as a gay bathhouse for years with an admission price of $20 or so.
