
As reported in Crumbs last month, the Monarch Tavern has recently opened its doors to host a series of pop-up dinners, with guest chefs taking over the kitchen. Occupying the kitchen until this weekend is Sideshow Bob and his Crazy Carnie Cookhouse, with seasoned carnival veteran and caterer Bob St. Pierre serving up a full menu of fairground fare.
So if you didn’t get your fill of CNE cuisine, St. Pierre will be dishing up deep-fried goodness from Tuesday until Sunday, at which point the circus rolls out of town, and Hogtown Smoke sets up shop.
