The Annex: “Degentrification” has been widely written about and yet it remains ludicrously overpriced. As of 12pm on 19-Mar there are 4 detached homes for sale with the most expensive listing for 4.45 Million. You could buy all 5 detached houses for sale in nearby BloorCourt / Bloordale…. and still have 465K left over.

Under rated:

BloorCourt / Bloordale: There’s been intense gentrification over the last few years yet they still remain a great deal. Dufferin Grove park is the prototype for the way parks should be run. More importantly this neighbourhood actually looks like Toronto with its wide variety of different cultures / and incomes living side by side.
